Based at our office in St George's Place, Canterbury, Tyler Greenland is a commercial property trainee solicitor.

Tyler helps businesses buy, sell, lease and develop all types of land and buildings including offices, development sites, industrial and retail.

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases and assignments, acting for landlords and tenants
• Licence agreements for alterations to occupy a premises, etc.
• Business purchase and sales as a going concern

• Title alterations or rectifications, and
• Buying or selling property at auction.

Tyler attained his law degree at Swansea University and completed his LPC at the University of Law in London. He was awarded his Boys & Maughan training contract in September 2023 and is due to qualify in March 2025.

Outside work Tyler plays rugby semi-professionally for Canterbury RFC in the English National Leagues.
