Rachel spent six years with two of the main local estate agents before switching to the legal side of the property industry and joining Boys & Maughan in 2019. Rachel has lived in various parts of the Isle of Thanet since childhood so knows it well. If you are new to the area, Rachel has school age children and will be pleased to pass on her knowledge of the local schools and other services.

Rachel is enrolled with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer.

Outside of the office, Rachel is very involved in local theatre, from teaching to directing and even treading the boards herself. Rachel has been a professional singer for 14 years and regularly gigs at weekends. She is also involved in regular fundraising for Strode Park Foundation and Parkinson’s UK.
