Mikayla joined Boys & Maughan in 2015 and has specialised in commercial property since 2016. Combining earning while learning, Mikayla took a big step along her career path by successfully studying for a law degree with the Open University in her evenings and weekends.

Having completed her Bachelor of Laws, Mikayla initially became a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, before qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in January 2024.

Prior to joining Boys & Maughan, Mikayla volunteered at Citizens Advice Bureau as a Gateway Assessor, providing free advice and guidance to members of the public on a wide range of problems.

Some of Mikayla’s CAB clients were, of course, experiencing desperate times and her naturally high levels of conscientiousness and determination enabled Mikayla to regularly identify ways to improve their circumstances.

Away from the office Mikayla enjoys yoga, video gaming and listening to her music collection.
