The ESTAS, which is the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry, has revealed its shortlist for its 2021 Conveyancer Awards which will be presented in October by the TV property personality, Phil Spencer.

All of Boys & Maughan’s residential property teams and an individual lawyer, Birchington Licensed Conveyancer Christine Anderson, have made a shortlist of these prestigious awards where the winners are selected purely on customer feedback.

The categories Boys & Maughan has been shortlisted in are as follows:

• The People Awards – Christine Anderson at our Birchington office has been shortlisted for this national award
• Best Regional Office, South East – Birchington, Broadstairs, Canterbury, Margate and Ramsgate
• National Category Best Local Conveyancer Group (firms with 2-5 branches).

ESTAS reviews can only be completed at the end of a property transaction and a strict verification process ensures responses are genuine. This year’s shortlist has been calculated following the evaluation of 60,000 client reviews.
